How much does shipping cost?
The rate depends on the route, volume (t/m³), type of cargo and securing/insurance requirements.
What if the cargo is non-standard?
We handle oversized and heavy-lift cargo: we develop a securing plan, coordinate with port services and provide supervision of the operation.
How do you track the vessel?
We provide AIS tracking, daily reports and the ship agent's contact for emergency communication.
What documents are required?
The list depends on the type of cargo and the destination. Typically, a commercial invoice, packing list, cargo description, certificate of origin and accompanying permits for dangerous goods are required. We help compile and properly prepare all the documents.
How long does voyage preparation take?
It depends on the urgency and complexity of the cargo: from 2–3 business days for a standard shipment to several weeks for project and oversized operations.
